We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

We collect personal information from you only when it is necessary, and only as much as is needed to achieve your objectives. For example, if you use our feedback form, we ask for your email address so we can respond, we also ask for your phone number in case the issue you raise is urgent. While the email address is required, the phone number is not.

When you use our printable order form, the information we collect is only that necessary to ensure that we can enter into a formal commercial relationship with you. The information is transferred to our computerised accounting and management database to enable us to track your job and meet our accounting requirements.

We hold the information for as long as our accounts remain open. We delete credit card details once your payment is processed. Should you wish us to delete your contact information after your work is complete please advise us.

We do not, under any circumstances or for any reason other than as required by an Australian Court of Law, share the information you give us with anyone else.
